Abstract:
Distinctive feature of one of the non-Olympic areas of taekwondo - taekwondo GTF - is the presence of a large number of competitive disciplines, in particular those related to the implementation of competitive activities in the conditions of various types of fights, in particular fights taking into account the weight category of athletes and fights without taking into account the weight category - the so-called team types fights - here it is especially possible to single out disciplines that are specific to GTP taekwondo - the discipline "stop-point - weighting category" (point-stop sparring) and the discipline "TAG-TEAM - sparring" (stop-point team fights). The preparation of athletes for performance in these competitive disciplines, despite the external similarity, has a number of certain differences associated with differences in the content of technical and tactical training
