The article describes the author's algorithm for quantitative calculation of individual and collective risks of postural and vision disorders in school-age children using econometric methods and risk theory. This algorithm involves assessing the contribution of negative factors to the likelihood of these diseases occurring in children, which will allow the development of effective preventive measures. Recommendations have been developed for the development of sets of exercises for physical education classes conducted in educational organizations for children with different levels of risk
