In the proposed work, an attempt is made to evaluate individual parameters of effort in kettlebell athletes when performing local exercises on strength simulators. The tensodynamography technique made it possible to determine the main parameters of the development of effort (the maximum value of effort, the time of manifestation of effort, the time to achieve maximum effort) in the studied range of external burdens. The purpose of our study was to evaluate the main parameters of the development of effort (maximum value, time of manifestation and time to achieve maximum effort), determined the rational way of building training programs. The individual boundary values of the load and the time parameters of the effort during training on simulators are determined. The results obtained allow us to individualize the process of training highly qualified kettlebell athletes depending on the tactics of passing the competitive exercise, as well as to determine the methodological features of special strength training of the studied contingent
