Studying the problem of teaching technical actions at the initial stage of training young judoka, the author revealed that in practice the overwhelming majority of coaches ignore the structure of the process of teaching judo technical actions, skip or confuse stages, goals, tasks in the course of the initial development of motor actions. The paper shows that the study of the technical actions of judo with the use of complexes of special tasks performed by certain means and methods in a variety of conditions, solving the problem: "Meaningful memorization and assimilation of sensations, the sequence of changes in the position of the links of the body and the work of the corresponding muscles", contributes to improving the quality of mastering the technical action
