Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
This article is devoted to the study of the degree of significance and prevalence of the All-Russian Physical culture and Sports complex "Ready for Work and Defense" (GTO) in our country, including in educational organizations of law enforcement agencies. The purpose of the study was to determine the relevance of this complex in our country by determining the leading cities in terms of the number of GTO badges received for 2022 and in identifying incentives for cadets and trainees to pass the standards of the GTO. The research methodology consisted in comparing the number of GTO badges received in 2022 by participants from different regions of Russia, as well as conducting an anonymous survey among cadets and trainees. In the process of discussing the results of the study, the main reasons were named according to which the respondents pass the standards of the GTO complex, and the problems encountered in the implementation of this complex were also touched upon. The conclusions drawn from the results of the study confirmed the importance and prevalence of the TRP complex in the country and in educational organizations of law enforcement agencies
