The search for ways to effectively solve the problem of the development of professional and communicative skills of teachers of military universities is one of the relevant areas of scientific research at the current stage of the development of higher military schools. The purpose of the study is to develop and experimentally verify the author's methodology for the development of professional communicative skills of military university teachers. In the author's methodology, military professional speech is a means of ensuring the productivity of educational and professional communication and the success of military professional development of subjects of the educational process of a military university - a teacher and a cadet. The methodology includes a series of classes, the orientation of the content of which ensures the development of military-professional communicative skills necessary for the effective implementation of educational communication. The analysis of the results of the ascertaining and experimental research made it possible to objectively assess the positive dynamics of the development of professional communicative skills of teachers of military universities participating in the experiment and draw a conclusion about the effectiveness of the developed methodology
