CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FUNCTIONAL STATE OF SHOOTERS AND COMPLETE SHOOTERS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
An objective assessment of the functional state (FS) of an athlete's body is necessary in order to predict his special physical performance. Goal of the work. To identify the essential adaptation features of shooters and all-round shooters that determine the functional state of their body. Materials and methods. Two groups of active shooting athletes (9 people) and all-round shooters (12 people) aged 17-22 years old, MS, CMS qualifications, were examined. The assessment of FS was carried out taking into account the frequency characteristics of the variability of cardiointervals during an active clino-orthostatic test. Results and discussion. The significant predominance of parasympathetic activity in the group of all-round shooters indicates the presence of fast adaptation reserves necessary to perform aerobic-anaerobic work. The predominance of sympathetic and humoral-metabolic activity in the development of adaptive reactions in the group of shooters determines a smaller volume of adaptation reserves, however, absolutely sufficient to perform specialized sports work. Conclusions. The presence of regulation reserves in the group of all-round shooters confirms better adaptive activity. However, the absence of statistically significant differences in the 30/15 coefficient, which is responsible for the speed of inclusion (in work) and recovery, equalizes the groups in terms of the presence of necessary and sufficient adaptation reserves for the chosen sports specialization
