In this article, the authors investigate the impact of physical education, develop training methods that will improve athletic performance and results, as well as affect the mental development of the student. The results of the research show that systematic exercise has a positive impact on effective learning in students in higher education. The authors of the article prove that cognitive function in a student is directly proportional to the load of physical education classes. The authors discuss the effects of exercise and develop a training methodology that will affect the mental development and mental state of the student. The article presents a recommendation to include additional physical exercises and new methods of training students in educational training programs to improve their sports performance and mental abilities
