The process of preparing students for their future profession in physical education classes does not always meet the requirements for programming specialists in computer systems. Applied skills necessary for future programmers can not always be developed in physical education classes at colleges. The use of professionally applied physical training in physical education classes for future specialists of programming in computer systems will optimize the process of physical training and increase the efficiency of professional activity. The purpose of the study: to theoretically develop and practically test the developed complex of professionally applied physical training in physical education classes for students of programming in computer systems in secondary specialized educational institutions. As a result of the application of the developed complex of professionally applied physical training, the indicators of coordination, static endurance, flexibility have improved, which will allow training specialists more effectively
