Emotional states during the period of competitive activity are characterized by saturation of feelings, experiences, exorbitant emotions, willpower, accompanied by euphoria, feelings of increased activity. The state of increased efficiency of the body and many other causes causes a decline in strength or emotional burnout. We studied the relationship of emotional burnout of an athlete with the level of development of his mental maturity, low indicators of the development of cognitive processes, which affects psychological readiness: this is a decrease in emotional stability, noise immunity, the desire to fight to the end, confidence, arbitrary control of feelings
