The particulars of athletic activity are marked by adherence to a specific dietary regimen, which may impact athletes' eating habits. There is a dearth of research exploring the connection between eating disorders and participation in sports. This study examines variations in the eating behaviours of athletes in different sports across three different dimensions, as well as anxiety indicators, using a questionnaire. The study findings suggest no significant variations in eating habits among active athletes of varying sports. Nevertheless, substantial differences have been identified between sports groups of former athletes. Furthermore, the investigation revealed a positive correlation between anxiety levels and eating behaviour only amongst the former athletes' group
