Abstract:
The successful construction of the educational process is impossible without the goal and knowledge of the teacher on the basis of which he should carry out his activities. In the educational process of physical culture, there are various types and forms of activity of the teacher and students. The pedagogical process includes not only the acquisition of knowledge, skills, qualities, but is also aimed at the formation of various competencies. The success of educational activities at the university depends on the mental and physical health, individual and personal characteristics of the students. The content of educational values by physical culture is possible only when students learn to realize the cognitive significance of our subject. For a number of students, physical education classes are of secondary importance in relation to other subjects taught at the university. One of the tasks of a physical education teacher at a university remains to teach students to own a system of general cultural and special knowledge, skills and abilities, methods and means of selfknowledge, ways of knowing their own body
