Abstract:
Physical culture has not lost its relevance at the present stage of human development. It is intensive sports and a healthy lifestyle that are the key to a positive effect on the growth, development and strengthening of the human body. To date, there is a huge amount of high-quality and carefully designed materials for distance learning in physical education. The digital technology market today can offer many options for solving the tasks that have a number of both positive and negative features. The presented work covers in more detail the issue related to the use of various information technologies in sports activities. The purpose of the work is to reveal the attitude of students to physical culture classes, using information technologies. Methodology and organization of the study. The experiment involved 100 students of the Southern Federal University. Results of the study and their discussion. The paper presents the analysis and systematization of knowledge related to the current stage of development of digital tools in the field of culture and sports. To assess the real level of relevance and effectiveness of the use of digital tools during classes, a survey was conducted among students, which showed that the use of digital technologies allowed students to more meaningfully approach physical education classes. Findings. In conclusion, it should be noted that in the near future the digitalization of the sports industry will become the main trend in the development of this area.
