Effective special physical training is the basis of athletic achievements in World Para Athletics. In the disciplines of running 100 meters on a frame running (race running), the main emphasis should be placed on the development of speed-strength qualities, speed endurance, strength endurance. The development of each of these qualities involves the use of a certain set of specialized means - physical exercises and methods - conditions for performing these exercises. At the same time, the means may complement each other, enter into contradictions, or have an indirect influence on each other. We have developed complexes of means by which it is possible to develop special physical qualities of athletes specializing in the disciplines studied. These funds must be used at the stages of cyclic periodization: the retracting stage, the basic stage, the precompetitive stage, the competitive stage. It should be borne in mind that in the studied disciplines, where there are three sports and functional classes, depending on the functional features, the set of physical exercises used may be different
