Abstract:
The article presents the structure of the pedagogical model for the implementation of planned tasks during the training process of qualified swimmers in flippers (KPL). This model is a system of interconnected structural components that ensure targeted pedagogical actions of trainers on all structural components of the training process of qualified swimmers in flippers. The content of the pedagogical model includes: the purpose of the training; developing a training program for swimmers taking into account the peculiarities of the energy supply of muscle activities (EMD); measures to implement the plan of the training process, its support, control and adjustment
