The article deals with the question of the formation of the rhythm of motor actions in children with Down syndrome aged 7-9 years. The results of mathematical statistics on the studied parameters of testing the rhythmicity of children with deviations are described. The indicator of the total assessment of the rhyth-micity of motor actions was only 2.28 points, which indicates a low level of formation of the ability to perceive the rhythm. It was concluded that the rhythm of motor actions is not the automation of exercises, but the ability to quickly change the rhythmic pattern of tasks. The rate of reaction must be subject to equal intervals of time
