The article presents the materials of the summative research completing the data of the others authors about the fact of extremely low level of strength development at children graduating from preschool educational institutions (PEI) in the context of preparedness for performance of GTO complex standards of the first level. Further, the practicability is substantiated and the efficiency inclusion of whole movements that are test in GTO complex into the process of strength training at children is proved. The methodic peculiarities of these movements performance are revealed. They are in application of relieving techniques allowing avoiding any extra efforts manifestation at a child
