The purpose of the study is to determine the typological type of each athlete in order to build a psychological portrait of a person on its basis, which will allow the national team coach to implement an individual approach to each athlete and provide a comfortable psychological climate in the team. The problem is that the national team gathers athletes who train with different coaches and gather in a single team only for the period of responsible starts, which at the stage of team formation between the national team coach and individual athletes can lead to conflict situations. Members of the national team conduct final preparations for the championship with one coach - the coach of the national team. Methods of organizing and conducting the training process, which may not coincide with the methods of a personal trainer of an individual athlete.
