The article is devoted to the problem of improving the fire training of law enforcement officers. The author noted that the use of airsoft is an effective method of developing the necessary professional skills and skills of skilled handling of weapons among employees. The use of airsoft weapons has tremendous potential in improving their fire skills and developing tactics for conducting fire contact with an armed enemy
