Abstract:
The phenomenon of secondary employment, i.e. combination of work and study activities by students is quite common, which is caused by a wide variety of factors that motivate students to get employed during their studies. The study of these factors and peculiarities of the phenomenon as a whole will allow in the future to improve the educational process in higher education and to provide conditions for the formation of motivation and skills necessary for successful career building. That is why the purpose of this work is to study the peculiarities of secondary employment of students at TIU branch in Surgut as a source of data for further research in this area
The phenomenon of secondary employment, i.e. combination of work and study activities by students is quite common, which is caused by a wide variety of factors that motivate students to get employed during their studies.
