Within the framework of this study, the issues related to the influence of physical education classes on graduates of construction specialties were studied, the basic requirements for young specialists were determined, the methodology of regular classes in accordance with the requirements necessary for work in the construction industry was described. The connection between physical readiness and emotional component during adaptation to professional activity was revealed. Our assumption about the beneficial effect of physical culture on graduates of construction specialists when adapting to professional activity was proved
