Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The article presents the results of the authors' research to substantiate the importance of classical exercises in the training process of athletes-security officers. It was revealed that with the introduction of classical exercises into the training process, the results of power athletes will grow faster, the technique of performing exercises will improve. And also that classical exercises at all stages of sports training play an important role. The authors revealed that decrease in the volume of classical exercises will lead to rapid increase in results, but the technique of performing exercises will require adjustments
