Abstract:
One of the most important components of planning the sports training of qualified karate players performing in the sports discipline of KATA is the objectification of data on the content of their competitive activities. The precise determination of the factors affecting the effectiveness of competitive activity in this sports discipline will allow us to calculate model characteristics that should become benchmarks and indicators of effectiveness in preparing athletes for KATA competitions
