Introduction. Yoga therapy is one of the most demanded means of adaptive physical culture. At the same time, there is not enough justification for the effectiveness of yoga practices in the correction of movement disorders in students with cerebral palsy. The aim of the study was to experimentally substantiate the methodology for correcting the range of motion in the joints of students with cerebral palsy, based on yoga therapy. Methodology and organization of the study. The study involved eight young men aged 17-19 with cerebral palsy in the form of spastic diplegia of the 1st degree. The goniometry method was used to assess the amplitude of active movements in the joints. Results of the study and their discussion. At the beginning of the study, restrictions on joint mobility were established, which were more pronounced in the lower extremities in all subjects. After the implementation of the proposed methodology, a significant increase in the indices of joint mobility was revealed in students with cerebral palsy of the experimental group. Findings. The analysis of indicators characterizing the amplitude of active movements in the joints of students aged 17-19 years with cerebral palsy, after the study, proves the effectiveness of the method of correcting the amplitude of movements based on yoga therapy
