The problem of human adaptation in scientific terms was considered in line with various views. We tried to show its refraction from the standpoint of the theory of the quantum approach, which has been actively developed in recent years in various sciences. One should take into account the predetermination of the person's adaptation in life, which can be read at different levels and content in them. Individual adaptation is proved through the prism of analyzing the content of instincts and their influence on the life and self-realization of the individual. It should be emphasized that programs guide a person in life for his personal development, but his choices in reality affect adaptation and quality of life
