Abstract:
The influence of psychological work and professional formation of the teacher at the higher educational institution was considered. Object: to identify the features of labor psychology and professional development of the physical education teacher at the higher educational institution. Methods: theoretical analysis of data from the open sources, systematization and formulation of the semantic theses and their development. Findings: the features of the psychology of work and professional development of the physical education teacher at the higher educational institution were identified. Conclusions: there were revealed the peculiarities of the psychology of work and professional development of the physical education teacher at the higher educational institution, various factors of the psychological background of the work of the physical education teacher at the higher educational institution were considered, and the study also identified the main methods of the educational process used by the physical education teacher in the performance of their official and professional duties at the higher educational institution
