Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of dependence of younger schoolchildren on social networks. We have identified the consequences of this kind of addiction, such as sleep disorders, problems with somatic and mental health, problems with communication. The conducted study of the formation of dependence on social networks in younger schoolchildren revealed the presence of this problem, and the need to conduct targeted work on the prevention of this kind of dependence. In this regard, we have developed and implemented a program for the prevention of dependence on social networks, which is successfully implemented in the practice of one of the schools in Chelyabinsk. The article describes the key principles of this program
