The purpose of the study is to determine the features and variability of complex throws with clubs among highly qualified gymnasts. Research methods and organization. To address the research problem, an analysis of video materials from international competitions in rhythmic gymnastics was conducted, a survey of specialists was carried out through questionnaires, pedagogical observations of training sessions in rhythmic gymnastics were performed, as well as mathematical processing of the research materials. Research results and conclusions. The variability of performing complex throws with clubs has been defined, as well as the characteristic errors during their execution, and a set of exercises has been proposed for improving throws. The complex of special tasks assists in improving movement coordination and reaction speed, significantly enhancing the technique of working with the clubs, as well as increasing the complexity and stability of executing club throws during the performance of difficult throws.
