Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to develop a methodology for improving the execution technique of the "SYNCHRONIZED SPIN" element in synchronized figure skating at the stage of elite sports mastery. Research methods and organization: pedagogical observations, surveys of synchronized figure skating specialists, expert evaluation, and pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The pedagogical experiment was conducted on a synchronized figure skating team with control testing before and after the experiment and the implementation of the developed methodology for improving the execution technique of spins in synchronized figure skating at the stage of elite sports mastery through the visualization of the performance of 6 preparatory exercises and repetitions of the "SYNCHRONIZED SPIN" element. Research results and conclusions. The obtained data demonstrated the effectiveness of using visualization of preparatory exercises in the training process of synchronized skating athletes at the stage of elite sports mastery when improving the technique of performing the element "SYNCHRONIZED SPIN." It has been concluded that the developed methodology works successfully, as confirmed by the results of competitive activities.
