The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the development of a power platform and the methodology of intensive training using the Tabata timer, as well as to justify the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. Research methods: analysis of information sources, design, pedagogical testing and observation, pedagogical experiment. Research results and conclusions. The results of the pedagogical experiment demonstrated the effectiveness of the developed power platform with indication and the methodology of highintensity interval training using the Tabata timer in the professional education of listeners.
