Kinematic parameters of women's performance of technical actions in the discipline of fire and rescue sports "100-meter obstacle course"
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to investigate the kinematic parameters of women performing technical actions in the discipline of fire and rescue sports "100-meter obstacle course." Research methods and organization. The analysis utilized scientific and methodological literature and advanced sports experience, pedagogical observations, an analysis of competition video recordings, electronic timing with a high-speed video camera, and methods of mathematical-statistical processing. The kinematic parameters of the technical actions performed by women in the discipline of fire and rescue sports "100-meter obstacle course" were determined as a result of video analysis of more than 100 runs. Research results and conclusions. Basic segments of the distance were identified during the execution of the women's discipline "100-meter obstacle course." The characteristics of overcoming these segments of the distance were revealed and visualized, indicating the optimal angular numerical values. Knowledge of the kinematic parameters of women's technical actions in the discipline of fire and rescue sports "100-meter obstacle course" will enable the development of an optimal rhythmic running structure for athletes when navigating this competitive discipline. The data obtained in the study will serve as the foundation for the athletic training of women in fire and rescue sports.
