On enhancing the efficiency and comfort of physical training and sports sessions through the use of the electronic automation system 'Smart Home'
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to explore the possibilities of the "Smart Home" system's effective influence on the level of comfort and efficiency in physical exercise activities. Tasks: to study the literature on "Smart Home" automation systems, analyze their theoretical and methodological foundations; to examine the most popular types of relevant digital protocols; to assess the impact of "Smart Home" systems on the daily activities of users; to conduct a survey among students of the Krasnodar Branch of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and determine their level of awareness about the "Smart Home" system; to configure and expand the functionality of the automation system for "KNX" based on "ETS-6" and carry out its commissioning, setup of the logistics block, and visualization to ensure effective use of the "Smart Home" in the training process and functional rehabilitation of users. Research methods: theoretical analysis of scientific literature and internet sources; sociological survey; implementation of experimental practical research based on "ETS" for "KNX". Research results and conclusions. The obtained results suggest the feasibility and appropriateness of implementing the electronic "Smart Home" system in the process of physical education and sports training for participants, which will enhance the comfort and effectiveness of the training.
