Abstract (English):
The article presents an anatomical-kinesiological analysis of the exercise "tutum-ergiir," widely used in various sports disciplines of the Northern peoples. The study aims to identify the key anatomical and kinesiological features that influence the effectiveness of performing this exercise. The purpose of the study is to identify the key anatomical and kinesiological features that influence the effectiveness of performing the exercise "tutum-ergiir". Research methods and organization. Methods of analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature were utilized, along with pedagogical experiments and methods of mathematical statistics. The methodological approach encompasses kinesiometric research, as well as observation and testing of children. Research results and conclusions. The results indicate that the proper execution of "tutum-ergiir" requires a high degree of coordination and stabilization, highlighting the importance of an individualized approach to the educational and training process. The study also opens new avenues for further research in the field of sports science aimed at deepening the understanding of the physiological and psychological aspects that influence the performance of this exercise.
