Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to identify and justify the effective utilization of fundamental resources in sports training for kickboxing and non-Olympic directions of taekwondo (as related sports) during the initial preparation phase. Research methods and organization: analysis of specialized literature, pedagogical observation, educational experiment, expert evaluation method, statistical data processing. The proposed structure was experimentally tested in the training of athletes from Krasnodar Krai (taekwondo practitioners) and Moscow Oblast (kickboxers). Research results and conclusions. The specifics of the technical and tactical training of young athletes have been defined. An analysis of the statistics regarding major movement errors and problematic aspects has allowed for the proposal of a structure for the use of technical and tactical training methods for taekwondo and kickboxing athletes. As a result of applying the proposed structure, recommendations have been developed for the use of the primary tools of sports training, their systematization, and consequently, an increase in the effectiveness of training young athletes.
