Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to determine the level of mental state indicators of mixed martial arts athletes before a competition through the application of testing methodologies. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, observation, survey, psychological testing, statistical data processing. Research results and conclusions. The study revealed that the use of testing methods allows for the assessment of the level of psychological readiness of athletes in preparation for competitions.
