Scientific and pedagogical activity
1. Scientific director of the Federal experimental (innovative) site on the topic "Systematization of the procedure for staffing sports training groups by sports" (Order of the Ministry of Sports of Russia dated 14.06.2024 No. 574). 2. Experience in implementing research projects over the past 5 years: management of the Federal experimental site, approved. by order of the Ministry of Sports of Russia dated 31.05.2022 No. 486, dated 14.06.2024 No. 574; supervision of students' final qualifying works. In total, 96 people defended their theses under the supervision in the period from 2019 to 2025. in the areas of training "Physical Education" (profile sports management), "Pedagogy", "Organization Management", specialty "State and Municipal Administration"; official opposition to the dissertation prepared by Rapoport A.S. on the topic: "Management of the development of the regional system of physical education and sports based on the holographic approach" (5.8.4. Physical education and professional physical training). 3. Experience in educational activities over the past 5 years. Over the past 5 years, I have been acting as deputy director of the Center for the preparation of sports teams of the Altai Territory, and also, on a part-time basis, I work at the Altai State Pedagogical University, the Altai Institute of Labor and Law, the Altai State University, and the Altai School of Olympic Reserve. Over the past 5 years, the following original courses have been developed and taught: - Organizational and legal aspects of the activities of sports schools; - Harmonization of legislation on education and legislation on physical culture and sports; - Organization of physical education and sports work; - Management of sports organizations; - Organization of physical education and sports work with the population; For the past 3 years, I have been the head of the Department of Economics, Management and Tourism Industry at the Altai Institute of Labor and Law. The list of the performed academic load includes the implementation of educational activities in the disciplines: Strategic Management, Motivational Technologies in State and Municipal Administration, Quality Management, as well as supervision of students' final qualifying works. For the past 10 years, I have been an associate professor at the Department of Theoretical Foundations of Physical Education at the Altai State Pedagogical University. The list of the performed academic load includes the implementation of educational activities in the disciplines: Management and Economics of Physical Education, Regulatory and Legal Framework for Physical Education and Sports, as well as supervision of students' final qualifying works. I am periodically involved in the Siberian State University of Physical Education and Sports, the Altai State University for the organization of educational activities within the framework of an additional professional program for the training of administrative and pedagogical workers of sports schools. Over the past 10 years, at the Altai School of the Olympic Reserve, he served as deputy director, methodologist for scientific and methodological work. The tariffed load included various disciplines, including Organization of physical education and health work with the population, and I am also involved in organizing classes in additional professional programs for the training of GTO sports judges. For 5 years (2016-2021), he was a moderator of the Sports Management platform of the Altai - Territory of Development International Forum Since 2024, he has been accredited as an expert in the accreditation of implemented educational programs of secondary vocational education according to UGS 49.00.00. Physical Education and Sports. In 2024, he was awarded a diploma of the laureate of the prize in the special nomination "Development of Russian Regions: Scientific Analysis and Current Solutions", organized by the Free Economic society of Russia (co-author of the collection of the International scientific and practical conference "Development of the productive forces of Kuzbass: history, modern experience, strategy for the future" (in 4 volumes)
