The data obtained allow us to assert that the development of para-cycling on the track for individuals with musculoskeletal disorders in the Russian Federation shows positive dynamics. The increase in the number of athletes in para-cycling is an important factor that simultaneously addresses the objectives of health improvement, social integration, sports development, technological innovation, and the enhancement of the country's international prestige.
