ABSTRACT
The article examines the problems of ensuring a person's targeted readiness for professional activity in the context of the universality of physical training tools, analyzes the composition of the basic components of readiness in the psychological and pedagogical contour of promising practical actions in the chosen specialty, The multidisciplinary orientation of the implementation of physical training tools is revealed and a two-level system of purposeful development of complexes of physical training tools within structural components and inter-component functional interaction of various spheres of professional activity of specialists is substantiated.
