The article presents a variant of organizing training actions in groups of initial training in kickboxing in a summer sports camp. Simple and reliable tests have been chosen as means of control to assess the physical condition of the young athletes. The experiment attempts to determine the impact of the system of loads on the physical condition of young men of different ages.
