The purpose of the study is to justify a phygital model of physical education as a pedagogical response to the identified trends of declining functional health and transformation of motivational attitudes among university students. Research methods and organization. An integrative approach was applied, including the analysis of Form 1-FC data (2023–2025), a comparative assessment of the results of preventive medical examinations (2024–2025), the diagnosis of motivation using the methodology of A.V. Shabolta, pedagogical modeling, and methods of mathematical statistics. Research results and conclusions. A decrease in the proportion of healthy students was found, along with an increase in ECG abnormalities and stress levels. A predominance of motives of physical self-affirmation and emotional pleasure was revealed, with a low expression of the civic-patriotic motive. Based on a comparison of medical and biological limitations and motivational profiles, a phygital ecosystem was developed, ensuring personalized selection of disciplines and safe dosage of physical loads.
