The purpose of the study is to obtain empirical data regarding educators’ perceptions of the phenomenon of school bullying and the methods used to address it. Research methods: surveying educators of educational institutions, content analysis, and variance statistics. Research results and conclusions. Educators’ perceptions of the phenomenon of school bullying are characterized by significant amorphousness, manifested in a wide range of characteristics and a low frequency of their selection in the overall sample. Educators assess the likelihood of bullying occurring in the student environment as 'above average' across all levels of general education. Specialists’ evaluations of most educators’ competence in addressing bullying are quite low. Educators express a strong need for clarification on a number of issues related to the assessment of bullying and methods for its prevention and elimination.
