Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to develop and assess the effectiveness of a stress resilience development program for elite-level ice hockey players. Research methods and organization. The analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodological literature, psycho-pedagogical experiments, and methods of mathematical statistics were applied. To assess the effectiveness of the high-level hockey players' stress resistance development program, the following diagnostic methods were used: a test to determine the level of personal stress resistance; a stress sensitivity test; a test for the subjective assessment of situational and personal anxiety; and the RESTQ-SPORT questionnaire. Research results and conclusions. The results demonstrated a statistically significant increase in stress resilience, a decrease in situational and trait anxiety, a reduction in sports-related stress, and an improvement in self-efficacy among participants in the experimental group. The implementation of the developed program into the training system is justified to optimize the psychological state and performance reliability of hockey players under competitive stress conditions.
