Research methods and organization. In the course of the work, an analysis of specialized literature was carried out, along with the analysis and synthesis of the protocols of the results of the final stages of the olympiad for 2020–2025, a pedagogical experiment, and testing of the level of theoretical and practical readiness of students by types of olympiad tests (theory, sports games, physical fitness, gymnastics, athletics). The pedagogical experiment was conducted on the basis of the preparation groups of the Moscow team. Research results and conclusions. A training program for the final stage of the Olympiad has been developed. The modification of the structural and content components of the program consisted of developing modules covering the main sections of the final stage program, with an emphasis on key types. The training program for the final stage of the Olympiad included 2 mesocycles of preparation, during which the relative load progressively increased in waves, reaching its peak by the 6th–7th week of training. The total training time over 8 weeks amounted to 185 hours (66 hours of theoretical classes and 119 hours of practical exercises). The conducted study demonstrated a positive impact of the developed program on participants' preparedness, with 49 out of 59 participants in the experimental group becoming prize-winners or winners of the Olympiad.
