The article identifies the peculiarities of attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle on the part of students of physical education and humanities as the basis for the development of digitalization programs for physical education at the university. It is concluded that the identified features must be taken into account when developing digitalization programs for physical education classes at the university. For physical education majors, it is necessary to expand the range of their knowledge and master modern diagnostic practices and training programs in the field of physical culture and sports, and for students of humanities to conduct remedial and wellness classes to restore health, prevent physical inactivity and develop competencies in health and a healthy lifestyle.
