Abstract (English):
The article discusses the features of sports selection in computer sports. The requirements for the development and implementation of an integrated approach to sports selection are proposed, including the following components: the level of tactical and technical readiness, specifications of requirements for special physical training, assessment of psychophysiological parameters, communication skills necessary for team types of programs and assessment of the level of learning, taking into account the ability to learn and assimilate new knowledge, skills, etc. the ability to adapt quickly.
