Abstract (English):
The concepts of "digital technologies" and "digital technologies in education" are considered, the difference between the concepts of "digital technologies" and "information technologies" is clarified, the ways of reducing possible undesirable effects and risks on the basis of domestic and foreign studies are outlined.
