Combination of variable and selective means of professionally applied physical training

Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study is to identify the pedagogical frameworks for combining variable and selective means of professionally-applied physical training. Research methods and organization: theoretical analysis and synthesis of literary sources, observation, interviews, pedagogical analysis of empirical data; overall research sequence: selection and study of literary sources on the researched topic, analysis of specialized knowledge, presentation of research results on the developed issue. Research results and conclusions. The component composition of a person's practical readiness for labor activity and a general characterization of its elements are presented. The appropriateness of the integrated combination has been defined: variable means of professional-applied physical training (PAPT) with low-intensity labor activity; combined means of PAPT with moderate-intensity labor activity; selective means of PAPT with high-intensity labor activity.
