DYNAMICS OF PHYSICAL FITNESS INDICATORS OF 11-YEAR-OLD BOYS BASED ON THE STAGED USE OF DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS OF MEANS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of training boys of secondary school age based on the phased use of speed, speed-strength and functional means. The work used a standard method for determining physical fitness indicators, and according to the method of V.A. Kudinova's levels of development of physical qualities were translated into a 100-point rating scale. The study involved 126 boys aged 11 years, studying in Moscow, which was carried out in the 2022-2023 academic year. The gradual inclusion of speed, speed-strength, and functional means makes it possible to purposefully influence the development of the basic physical qualities of students, allows us to differentiate the process of physical education and ensure optimal proportionality in the levels of development of physical qualities.
