TECHNOLOGY OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE KANGOO JUMPS FITNESS TECHNIQUE WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE DISCIPLINE “APPLIED PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND SPORTS” AT THE UNIVERSITY
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Innovative processes in higher education play a significant role in upgrading the content and intensifying educational programs. However, these changes have a negative impact on the students’ health. Contemporary education should be focused on health protection as one of the conditions to form value systems that would determine the need for motivation in the issues of maintaining health and high working capacity. The article presents a study on finding ways to implement innovative technologies within the discipline “Applied Physical Culture and Sports” in a higher education institution with a specialization in “Fitness”. The use of the Kengu Jumps fitness technique is proposed, which is based on the stage-by-stage development of practical material. In accordance with this methodology, a pedagogical model for teaching motor actions has been developed based on an individually differentiated approach. The model can be used in other specializations within the discipline “Applied Physical Culture and Sports” at a higher education institution.
