ASSESSMENT OF THE LEVEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF SPEED-STRENGTH ENDURANCE OF THE MUSCLES OF THE ARMS AND LEGS IN CADETS IN THE MILITARY SPECIALTY “USE OF MARINE CORPS UNITS”
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article analyzes means and methods for assessing the level of development of speed-strength endurance of the muscles of the arms and legs of cadets in the military specialty “Use of Marine Corps Units.” Results: the level of development of speed-strength endurance of the arm muscles in the test subjects is maximally manifested by the third year. By the second year of training in the military specialty “Use of Marine Corps Units” at the Far Eastern Higher Combined Arms Command School, integral assessments of the strength indicators of the arm muscles are taken from cadets and from graduating classes of the Suvorov School. To develop speed-strength endurance of cadets' leg muscles, correction of physical training is required. To assess the speed-strength endurance of the muscles of the arms and legs, it is necessary to develop regulatory requirements for the control exercises “Russian strength meter” and “Bosco vertical jump”.

Keywords:
speed-strength endurance, leg muscles, arm muscles, all-around on the gymnastic crossbar “Russian strength meter”, Bosco vertical jump, physical training of cadets
